Rich Radez - Conference Chairman
Richard Radez has spent his 30 years in the brokerage industry recommending people invest 10% of their portfolios in natural resource related investments – to hedge against worldwide political and economic uncertainties. He founded the International Association of Natural Resource Brokers and is the president of Global Resource Expos
He also works with select natural resource companies on a consulting basis. David Tice, Manager of the Prudent Bear Fund called Richard “One of the Top Natural Resource Stock Gurus in the Industry today.” He is considered to be one of the leading alternative investment specialists in the country. He has visited over 300 mining properties in 12 countries and 18 states.
Mr. Radez is a graduate of Purdue University and the Wharton Business School S.I.A. Forum. He was recently elected the Indianapolis Stock and Bond Club Member of the year. In 1975, he started the Walk Jog Run for the American Heart Association at the Indianapolis 500-mile Race Track. That event became the prototype for all fund raising foot races in the United States. In 1985, he raised funds and built the first public playground for handicapped children in Eagle Creek Municipal Park in Indianapolis, Indiana. Both Richard and Senator Dick Lugar were the co-founders of The Indianapolis Jogging Club.
Rich has been an AAU basketball coach for 20 years. Over the years, teams he has coached have won 4 national championships. Some of his former players are now in the N.F.L. and N.B.A. In 1989, he successfully completed the Vermont 100 mile Mountain Endurance Run and is a founding member of the Indy Mini-Marathon, the largest ½ marathon in America.

Eric Radez - Conference Director
Eric visited his first mining property, Avino Mines in Durango, Mexico, in 1987. Since then, he has accompanied his father, Rich, to properties around the world.
In 1999, Eric started Indy Import Performance, a retail automotive tuning shop. In 2003 he moved on to become a stock broker for a NYSE member firm and began operating the Chicago Natural Resource Conference under the direction of Rich.
In 2007, Eric joined his dad as Vice President of Sales and Marketing to help build Global Resource Expos, and promote public awareness of the importance of investments in natural resources.

Ryan Radez - Assistant Conference Director
Ryan Radez has had a lifetime of involvement in the mining industry, specifically in facilitating marketing programs for mining companies. He also heads the Chicago Resource Expo's efforts in public relations and growth projects, as the mining industry has been brought into the mainstream due to high gold and silver prices. Ryan's responsibilities include database management, public information distribution, and website management.
Ryan began working with the Chicago Resource Expo in 2004, and has become an integral part of the CRE Team.
